This sheet was compiled to take in to MDT ward round meetings. It provides a brief explanation of the level and then identifies which level and phase each of the patients are on. This is reviewed weekly prior to ward round.

Comprehensive OT brochure for the MDT

This is a comprehensive leaflet created by Occupational therapists in Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust.

It provides information on the VdTMoCA and the different levels. It explains the occupational therapy process and outlines treatment for the levels of self-differentiation, self-presentation and passive participation.

Reflection of a TI working in a medium secure forensic unit

This is an article by a TI working on Robinson ward, St Andrews Healthcare, Northampton which was recognised as a Centre of Excellence for use of the model between the years of 2015-2019. 

Riahna's first days joining the Charity consisted of attending the 3 days VdTMoCA training provided by ICAN.  Riahna then worked alongside Louise Jeffries to embedd the model in to clinical practise.
