Structure of the day:

Registration from 9am – 9.30am

Parallel session A – Presentation and discussion of the journey to implementing the VdTMoCA (what it was like before, stepwise approach to change, MDT involvement, outcome measurement and the impact of the changes).

Parallel session B – past participants will be invited to attend and provided details of the content.

After Lunch:

Marketplace opportunity with manned stands by staff using the model in day to day practice to view a variety of VdTMoCA resources, documentation, treatment session examples and outcome measures used within different NHFT service areas (Older People’s Mental Health, Learning Disability, Rehab and Forensic, Community).

Facilitated networking forums are run throughout the afternoon providing an opportunity to meet with others who are using, or are interested in using the model within specific service areas.
