This keynote address proposes the need for innovation in developing VdTMoCA communities of practice as a motivating force to drive the model forward in the UK. It then explores participating in the community, bringing new comers and masters to the model together and presents the role the [then] Model of Creative Ability Interest Group (MCAIG), created by Wendy Sherwood, played in the initial introduction of the model in the UK.
