The article focuses on motivation, specifically in vocational rehabilitation. The article initially offers an explanation of the VdT Model of Creative Ability and its use in determining the quality and quantity of motivation. It explores the fundamental concepts and terminology and compares its popularity with some criticism. A case study is then provided to illustrate the unique contribution of the levels of motivation and action to a medico-legal report for a female suffering a severe brain injury.
