This paper shows the thinking of Marie du Toit when considering the levels of participation (and creative participation of patients with psychosis. 

She identifies the psychotic patient shows the levels of participation, however the intensity and duration appear different to that observed in neurology, paediatrics or in physical services. The paper talks through observations of patients on the different levels of creative ability whilst considering their activity participation, difficulties and strengths.
