This article presents two individuals, of school age, with learning disabilities who experience a unique career exploration programme in South Africa.
Two occupational therapists were employed at the school for 270 children in 2005. The article gives a detailed description of the programme and aspects relating to participation in the programme. Initial findings were encouraging with parents, teachers and therapists reporting positive outcomes.
